An Early Discovery

Robin Steele’s jewelry line started in the early 1980’s with a discovery of old glass intaglios, their

stories and design. A love of mixing vintage and modern easily lead Robin to giving these antique pieces new life. Robin says of her designs “I often draw inspiration from ancient architecture, ornamentation and mythology when designing the settings for the stones. My designs are feminine yet strong, like the women of today who wear my creations.” When you choose a piece of Robin Steele jewelry, you are choosing a piece with timeless style and elegance.

A New Design Direction

The Spring and Summer lines reflect a new direction in design influence. Having spent the year traveling, Robin has designed a line influenced by global fashion and styles. She has incorporated color-filled, Bohemian elements from Turkey and Nepal and while Robin has drawn from world-wide influence for this line, each creation is assembled and handmade in New York, supporting American artists and suppliers.
